Flight operations disrupted due to dense fog: low visibility due to dense fog has affected airport operations in the wider London area. Many flights at London Gatwick, London Stansted, London Heathrow and London City airports have been delayed or cancelled.
Finland

Lockout affects airport operations: a group representing air traffic controllers plans to impose a one-week lockout at eight Finnish airports on February 23. Further lockouts are also planned for March 4 and March 11. Flight disruptions are likely to occur.

Strike likely to impact airport operations: it has been reported that 10,000 workers of the Airports Authority of India will begin an indefinite strike against the privatization of airports on February 20. The strike is expected to have an impact on airport operations in multiple states.

PostNord Group ABÂ informs other Union member countries and their designated operators that the problem with transmission of EDI data for mail originating from the NOOSLO international mail processing centre has now been resolved, and EDI transmissions resumed on 11 February 2019.
Jamaica

Jamaica Posta informs other Union member countries and their designated operators that it has been able to access the Internet only intermittently since 6.00 local time on Thursday, 14 February 2019. This has been hampering the production of documents and sending of electronic messages, affecting outbound dispatches of all classes. The sending of the electronic messages for inbound mail is also disrupted.

The United States Postal Service (USPS) informs other Union member countries and their designated operators that the issues surrounding missing USPS EDI messages have been resolved and the situation is back to normal. The backlog of events has been processed and all should be current going forward.
