Back-order Policy

Effective July 20, 2013

We accept “back-orders” on many out-of-stock products.

An out-of-stock product may be ordered by clicking the “Add to Cart” button as you would with any other product. Placing a back-order in this way guarantees your place in line for the back-ordered product. Back-orders are filled first before we take any new orders.

You will be charged for all items in your order including those on back-order when you place your order. We will ship the in-stock items immediately. Back-ordered items will be shipped when they arrive from the factory at no extra charge for destinations in the United States. Deliveries to non-United States destinations will be charged actual shipping costs at the time of shipment.

Since our suppliers can't tell us when back-ordered items will be shipped to us, we can't predict delivery times to you. However, you can always contact Customer Support at help@fsreloading.com  Central time for questions about back-ordered items. Please provide your order# available when calling Customer Support.
