Rules and Restrictions

Earning Points: Registered customers automatically earn Customer Reward Points by purchasing eligible products through our website Customer Reward Points can also be earned by participating in special events and programs like subscribing to our email newsletters, sending us feedback, and finding website bugs. Special events and programs are announced from time to time through email newsletters and on our websites.

Ask a Product Question: Earn 10 Customer Reward Points for posting a valid product question through a product's Q&A tab. Questions must relate to the specific product and be not previously asked to qualify for reward points. Questions must be in the form of a question. All questions will be evaluated by our Customer Support Staff who may, at their sole discretion, reject any question deemed inappropriate or unrelated to the product. You must be a registered customer, be logged in, and use the email address registered with your account to receive reward points. 

Post a Blog Comment: Earn 20 Customer Reward Points for posting an approved comment on any of our blog articles. Comments must be respectful and related to the blog topic to qualify for reward points. All comments will be reviewed by the respective blog editors who may, at their sole discretion, reject any comment deemed disrespectful, inappropriate, or unrelated to the blog. You must be a registered customer, be logged in, and use the email address registered with your account to receive blog comment reward points. Blog Editors are not eligible for blog comment reward points.

Post a Product Review: Earn 20 Customer Reward Points for posting a product review. Product reviews need not be positive but must be respectful, factually correct, related to the product and contain information useful to our customers. All product reviews will be evaluated by Customer Support Staff who may, in their sole discretion, reject any review deemed inappropriate, disrespectful, factually incorrect, unhelpful, or unrelated to the product. You must be a registered customer, be logged in, and use the email address registered with your account to receive reward points. Dealers and our staff are not eligible for product review reward points.

Post a Guest Book Review: Earn 20 Customer Reward Points for posting a Guest Book Review. Guest Book reviews need not be positive but must be respectful, factually correct, related to your personal experience with our website and contain information useful to our customers. All Guest Book reviews will be evaluated by Customer Support Staff who may, at their sole discretion, reject any review deemed inappropriate, disrespectful, factually incorrect, unhelpful, or unrelated to your personal experience with our website. You must be a registered customer, be logged in, and use the email address registered with your account to receive reward points. our staff members are not eligible for guest book review reward points.

Suggest a New Product: Earn 50 Customer Reward Points for suggesting a product not currently listed on our website that you think would be a good addition. To be eligible for reward points, the product you suggest must be supplied by a major manufacturer and reliably available to us. All new product suggestions will be evaluated by our staff for suitability. Only products that are available from major manufacturers and judged suitable by our staff qualify for reward points. You must be a registered customer, be logged in, and use the email address registered with your account to receive reward points. Our staff members are not eligible for new product suggestion reward points.

Purchase Eligible Products: Earn 1 point per US dollar spent on eligible products, not including taxes and shipping. You must be a registered customer and be logged in at the time of purchase to receive reward points. Dealers and our staff are not eligible for product reward points.

Using Points: The number of points required to purchase eligible products varies from product to product and is listed on each eligible product description. To use your accumulated Customer Reward Points, add eligible products to the shopping cart. When you are finished shopping, click on "SHOPPING CART" near the top right of every page. Click on "Use Reward Points". The number of Customer Reward Points you have accumulated and the maximum number of points that can be used on the current order will be displayed. Enter the number of points you wish to use in the box provided. A discount corresponding to the number of Customer Reward Points entered will be deducted from your order. Continue the checkout as normal.

Eligible Products: Products eligible for the Customer Rewards Program are limited to items currently in stock. We reserve the right to change, limit, restrict or cancel product eligibility at our sole discretion for any reason or no reason without prior notice.

Restrictions: You must be a registered customer of our website to earn and use Customer Reward Points. Customer Reward Points have no cash value and are not transferable. Reward points can only be redeemed for eligible products through our website. Reward points can not be used for shipping, taxes, import duties, or any other fees associated with your purchase. There is no maximum number of points you can accumulate. The minimum number of points that can be redeemed is 1. Points earned have no set expiration date. We reserve the right to approve, deny or revoke participation in the Customer Rewards Program for any reason at our sole discretion without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify, restrict, waive, suspend or terminate this reward program and any of its features and benefits for any reason at our sole discretion without prior notice. 

Limitations: This customer reward program is void where prohibited by federal, state, or local law. These rules set forth the entire terms of the Customer Reward Program. We have no other obligations beyond those described in these rules.

Tax Liability: You are responsible for any tax liability, including disclosure requirements, that may arise from your participation in the Customer Rewards Program. 

Automatic Acceptance: Your participation in the Customer Reward Program through redeeming reward points for products or posting questions, comments, and or reviews signifies your acceptance of these rules and your agreement to be bound by these rules.
