Lee Precision Decapper and Base 22

Lee Precision .22 caliber decapper and base easily removes crimped in primers from military cases.

This is a manual process.

1. Place a shell casing in the base.
2. Insert the decapper in to the shell casing.
3. Hit the decapper with a hammer to drive out the crimped in primmer.
