Lee Precision Lug Mold

Load slugs for less than standard trap loads.

The Lee DRIVE KEY slug is loaded in a standard trap hull with a standard wad and a conventional folded crimp. Slug loads can be produced with any standard shot shell reloading press. 

Lee Slug Molds feature the exclusive drive key. The drive key positively rotates the slug in rifled shotgun barrels. The key doubles as a support rib allowing use of a standard trap wad - no need for a support wad or base filler. Sabot wad design outperforms rifled slugs in rifled slug barrels. Velocity and accuracy meet and exceed expensive factory loaded rifled slugs. Molds feature self centering automatic core pins for maximum speed and convenience. Each mold is complete with sprue plate, handles and instructions with suggested loads. Best of all, they're priced at what others charge for handles alone!

Just ordered the "Lee Hand Loading Kit for the 45 Colt" , I want to order the "Lee Hand Loading Kit for 410 shotgun Shells" but for some reason it doesn't seem to exist anymore. PLEASE tell me why on earth it isn't being made anymore? Those lucky enough to have one, seem to be getting outrageous prices for them on Ebay. If they are in high enough demand to bring crazy prices, surely it's worth the company to bring it back into production.

New Product Lines

We are very excited to announce the addition of two major product lines, Frankford Arsenal and Tipton to FS Reloading. These  are just two of the brands with which we fell in love at the Shooting Hunting and Outdoor Trades (SHOT) Show held in Las Vegas, Nevada this past January.

The original Frankford Arsenal Army Ammunition Plant was constructed in 1816 on 20 acres of land purchased by United States President James Madison. It was the center of U.S.. military small arms ammunition design and development until 1977 when it was closed. While unrelated to the original, today's Frankford Arsenal carries on in the same spirit by offering well-designed and quality products.
